German-French study program “Geodesy and Geoinformatics / Topography” positively evaluated

To ensure the quality of its study programs, the Franco-German University (DFH) conducts regular evaluations every four years. Due to the recent positive evaluation, our Franco-German degree program with INSA Strasbourg will be funded by the DFH for another four years. This means that students receive a grant for their stay in France. KIT students of the BSc. program in “Geodesy and Geoinformatics” can initially study for four semesters at KIT, then three semesters at INSA Strasbourg, and finally four semesters in the MSc. program in “Geodesy and Geoinformatics” at KIT. The master’s thesis can be written either at KIT or at INSA Strasbourg. The program officer at KIT Prof. Martin Breunig, the study advisor Dr.-Ing. Michael Mayer and INSA program coordinator Prof. Tania Landes look forward to continuing their collaboration with the highly motivated students and welcoming new applicants from KIT and INSA Strasbourg. Further information on the German-French degree program can be found at https://gug.bgu.kit.edu/doppelstudiengang.php. Graduates of the program are in high demand on the German and French job markets.
